There is a boy named Waldo,waldo needs eight cats.waldo is in the california mountains.waldo doesn't like elephants.he prefers cats.the boy goes to the president of the wyoming cats because there aren't a lots cats in california.he needs to talk to the cat president.the presiden has an elephant but he doesn't have cat.the boy goes to australia.he need to talk to the vice-president  of the australia cats.there are a lot of cats in australia.waldo has eight cats and he is very happy
